York County Public Access Laws
South Carolina public access starts with the official office that owns the record. Court case information is usually searched through state judicial portals and then requested from the relevant court office. York County Warrants and Bond
York County research did not locate a full official active-warrant database published by the Sheriff's Office. The useful route is a fallback chain: check public court records, call the correct court or Sheriff's Office, use Bond Court for bond-related issues, and use Crime Stoppers only as a wanted-list or tip channel. Magistrates issue search and arrest warrants and conduct bond hearings. Bond Court at Moss Justice Center is open 24/7, 365 days a year, with a judge on duty at all times.
Bench warrants can come from missed court, contempt, nonpayment, probation or support issues, and municipal cases. York County Traffic Records
York County traffic records depend on who wrote the ticket. The county FAQ says tickets written by Highway Patrol or Sheriff's officers go to the Magistrate Office, while tickets written by a city or municipal police officer go to that municipality's city court. That means Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Clover, and Tega Cay traffic cases may use municipal systems or municipal clerk offices rather than the York County Circuit Court index.
